swtor jedi consularPurchasing a WoW Guide from them a year ago, I was looking to see if they were going to have Star Wars The Old Republic guides and without a doubt they released their unofficial version of the Swtor guides. Their list of swtor guides cover from a swtor strategy guide, class guides, advanced class guides and even a swtor credits guide. They are practically covering the whole game. I wouldn’t be amazed if they had a guide just for flashpoints or swtor crew skills (defining the complicated swtor skill trees).

So without thinking I sent over my $39.99 for the SWTOR Jedi Consular Guide. As you all know, the main classes go up to only level 10 then you rub your handsa and finally decide your advanced class you want to walk down the road as. Within their SWTOR Jedi Consular guide I bought, if also included the Jedi Shadow guide & Jedi Sage guide which was awesome! Two detailed and in-depth guides for a whopping price of just $39.99 !!! If you haven’t got this great deal, head over to their site or if your not interested in SWTOR, they have over 200 guides available throughout their guide site for more than 30 different online games.

Star Wars the Old Republic Jedi Consular: gameplay is the new language in the latest MMORPG. If you think the previous games had little to no power, then you need to take an experience by kick starting in the first level on Tython. It all starts with Jedi consular having range of abilities and brilliant attack to finish tactics that are simply mind blowing. The abilities which are reinforced through the force, diminishes as one progresses from the beginning and whilst one gains new skills.

This eighth class in the Star Wars the Old Republic Jedi Consular: gameplay involves a number of telekinetic blows that are gained from the second level. This is one kind of ability that slows the opponent potential to move on. This provides the consular with open arms to finish off the enemies while they are stagnant. The third level involves the use of force waves that repels off any incoming obstacles like the melee attacks, that ensure the opponents are strangled while at a distance. The fourth level employs the use of stasis. The stasis ability is a flexible rotative technique that helps the consular to defeat bigger mobs by a single strike.

Moving forward to level five, the use of the lightsabers comes into mind. The double edge lightsabers were used by the dark Sith warriors in previous classes. This time round the consular get hold of the new weapon that is really an attractive feature especially when finishing off a weak opponent. But, the intimidating fact is that you become bound to meet the Sith inquisitors who apply the use of force just in the same way Emperor Palpatine does. You are for the challenge to either give away the artifacts they are in search for, or simply face your death by being electrocuted by lightening.

The game causes a number of adrenaline rush in level six, seven and eight. The player is hard pressed as he seeks to fight with all valor in order to be given a companion in level eight. Furthermore, this level doesn’t come without some cake besides it. You gain the ability to heal which helps the Jedi consular to endure more fights. Likewise, the game will turn out to be a sweat in the brow as it becomes harder requiring more intelligence and a good grasp of tactics. The Star Wars the Old Republic Jedi Consular: Gameplay is what you won’t imagine Biowave developers can bring into realm.

The Jedi Consular is the most Force driven character available to the Republic. While Jedi Knights are most commonly associated with the Force, they mostly use it to enhance their combat abilities. Jedi Consulars wield the raw power of the Force, opting to use lightsabers to fill out their combat instead. There are three main choices to make when you create a Star Wars the Old Republic Jedi Consular : Advanced classes, Gender, and Species. While gender and species are largely cosmetic choices, advanced classes have a large impact on how your character plays and progresses. There are two paths you can choose from as a Jedi Consular once you reach level 10.

Star Wars the Old Republic Jedi Consular : Advanced classes – Jedi Sage
While the SWTOR Jedi Sage does allow usage of single-bladed lightsaber, the class focuses on the Force rather than combat. The Jedi Sage is a ranged fighter and concentrates on using Force powers to heal and empower allies rather than do direct damage. The Jedi Sage benefits from having a group of players with them to deal damage and keep the attention of the enemies, and the group benefits from having a character who can add to their defenses and replenish lost health. This advanced class is better suited for players that would rather not to be face to face with an enemy and prefer grouping with other players.

Star Wars the Old Republic Jedi Consular : Advanced classes – Jedi Shadow
The SWTOR Jedi Shadow is the other side of the Jedi Consular coin. The Jedi Shadow specializes in stealth and burst damage. While certain Force abilities let them absorb a good deal of damage, they are best suited to deadly hit and run tactics. Wielding a double-bladed lightsaber, the Jedi Shadow takes full advantage of their stealth abilities to get into a beneficial position before striking with deadly attacks. In group play, the Jedi Shadow would likely be used to take out enemy support characters quickly so that the enemy group is more susceptible to player attacks. When taken full advantage of, a Jedi Shadow sets the field to increase the chance of a successful player group victory.

The Jedi Consular is a class that takes advantage of the Force in different ways depending on which advanced class is chosen. However, both can be used to advantageously increase a player group’s odds of victory by either increasing the player abilities or quickly removing enemy opposition that would do the same.
