Among the Jedi the SWTOR Jedi Consular stand as beacons of wisdom, and power. These are the men and women who do battle in the council rooms as well as the fields in the battle against the Sith Empire. With out these masters of Jedi wisdom the Galactic Republic would long ago have fallen, if not to the Sith, then to internal fighting and disagreements.
The SWTOR Jedi Consular is the true master of the force, yet they are not found often on the battle fields as the Jedi Knights are. These men and women fight the quiet fight most often. Attempting to heal rifts, and push for the betterment of the Galactic Republic.
This does not mean that the SWTOR Jedi Consular class is helpless in the fight. These are the Jedi who are most in tune with the force, and when faced with a threat they are not afraid to use it. While the SWTOR Jedi Consular is no stranger to the light saber, and in truth excel with it, they relies more heavily on the powers of the force than do the Jedi Knight.
These men and women have learned to drive deep into the force and unlock the mysteries it holds, some of these mysteries long forgotten to the modern age. They are a force to be reckoned with both in battle as well as in the council room. Underestimating a SWTOR Jedi Consular is a sure path to failure for any who would seek to counter their motives.
Throughout their lives these Jedi are constantly seeking greater knowledge to the force, greater understanding of the balance, and above all they stand as a barrier to Sith domination. Their dedication is second to none, and while this bring them a greater degree of enlightenment it can also place them in great danger, and even at times spur misunderstandings.
In years past there has been more than one Consular tempted to the dark side; such is the risk for one who would understand the force, and the balance between all things. A Jedi Consular must always remain vigilant , lest they find themselves tempted, for a Consular who shows the slightest of weakness is prey to those who would seek to empower the dark side.
While their motives are not always understood these masters of the force work to oppose the Sith Empire in whatever manner they can.
